Thank you so much Jasmine! My models are almost always my friends and/or people I know (who I creepily ask if I can paint them). I then stage a photoshoot with them. I usually use my phone camera or borrow one of my friend’s fancy pants cameras if available. The shoots usually last thirty minutes to an hour, and I somehow end up with 100-200+ photos which I then narrow down in order to fit the composition I have in mind.
